Cylindo Intelligence is free for all existing 360 HD Viewers customers, regardless of license and subscription plan.

Signing up for Intelligence is super easy and straightforward. Just click the Get access button, enter your name and email and expect an activation link in your inbox. You should then choose your account password and that’s it - you are all set to access Intelligence. In case you have any questions, you can always talk to your respective Customer Success Manager and we’ll get you all set up with an account.

Setting up conversion tracking is easy. Enable this feature in few simple steps by following our official documentation guide here. Now you can track Add to cart action and integrate Purchase checkout events. Customers that don’t have a webshop can easily track any similar action events on their web page i.e Save to pdf action.

This is the first version of Cylindo Intelligence based on our solicited customer feedback. It’s a useful tool for marketers, aimed to evolve into a much bigger analytical product, that will empower customers to optimize their shopping experiences. At this point, Cylindo Intelligence users are able to view reporting data for the previous period (month) after the 5th day of the current month. We are working on bridging that gap in ensuring almost real-time tracking of all available metrics.

Unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment. Expect an export feature for most of the metrics and reports in our next version of Cylindo Intelligence. Our goal with this version is to provide significant insights that will help our customers make smarter marketing decisions.
